When will it end?

We are hopefully soon to the end of the winter storm that has been raging for almost 24 hours now. The newspaper said that we had a foot of snow by 3 a.m. Morgan wanted me to share some pictures of our deck and back yard with you. Hard to imagine that last Saturday we were doing yardwork in our shorts!

Godly Grandma

Today my blog is dedicated to my Grandma Lila

(She is the one with the foxy glasses holding the adorable baby.)

This is Grandma & Grandpa's 40th Wedding Anniversary

(I think it was in 1982.)

For as long as I can remember (and many years before I was born) Grandma has earnestly prayed for her family's safety and salvation, and spends time daily reading her Bible. She is one of the godliest people that I know. Thank you, Grandma, for your example to us all!

Razzle Dazzle Revue

Morgan & Emily were in the spring fund raiser performace for A Center for the Arts. The Razzle Dazzle Revue was a collection of songs from Broadway musicals performed by various people from the community. The girls were in several numbers. I had hoped that the local newspaper would have some good photos that I could use, but so far there was only a video clip.

Reasons We Are Proud

1. Morgan was honored this morning at the 7th Grade Honors Breakfast. She was one of 104 honor students in her class!!



2. Jordan made the board for power clean today. (I believe this has something to do with weight lifting.) He hadn't made it since he has been playing football at VCSU!!
